Noor Terms of Service

Noor Terms of Service

Version 1.0. Effective: September 9, 2026. The Noor beta is available only to California residents in the Los Angeles area.

These Terms govern your use of the Noor website and app (the "Services") and are a contract between you and Noor Health Inc. ("Noor," "we," "us"). They incorporate our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to all of them.

1. What Noor is and is not

Noor shows women choosing a fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum practitioner what similar women experienced with that practitioner.

Noor is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Everything on Noor, including peer signal and scores, is informational only. Always consult a qualified professional, and never delay care because of something you saw on Noor.

Noor is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. Noor may display crisis resources but does not monitor for emergencies.

A listing, score, or peer signal is not an endorsement or guarantee of any practitioner's qualifications or safety. Verify credentials yourself. Your care decisions are your own.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18.

  • Membership requires your opt-in consent to health data collection, because Noor cannot provide its service without it. During the beta, membership also requires the separate model-development consent described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which you can withdraw anytime in Settings while keeping your account. Marketing email is never required, and adding a shout-out is always your choice.

  • The beta is open only to California residents in the Los Angeles area. You must confirm you are a California resident to join, and you may not use the Services if you are not. We may verify this, and we may suspend accounts that misrepresent residence. If you are outside California, you can join the waitlist instead.

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report unauthorized use to hello@noorhealth.co.

  • Sign-in and password resets are handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password in readable form.

  • You may close your account anytime in settings or by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not help anyone else:

  1. Break any applicable law.

  2. Use the Services or their data to build a competing product or to train any AI model.

  3. Reverse engineer the Services, except where the law permits.

  4. Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or use bots, without our permission.

  5. Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or try to identify another member from peer signal.

  6. Submit content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or infringing; another person's information; or a review of a practitioner you have not actually seen.

  7. Misrepresent your identity, age, location, or eligibility.

  8. Introduce malware or interfere with the Services or their security.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Reviews and your content

Your content. "Member Content" is everything you submit: onboarding information, reviews, qualifier answers, shout-outs, appointments, practitioners you add or save, and messages to us. You keep your rights in it. You grant Noor a license to host and use it to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including generating anonymous aggregate peer signal. Where our privacy documents require opt-in consent for a use of your health data, we will not make that use without it.

Reviews are structured, plus one optional shout-out. Reviews are tap-through qualifier answers plus an optional free-text shout-out of about 200 characters. Do not include clinical detail, medical information, diagnoses, or anyone's name or identifying details. The shout-out is write-only: you cannot view or edit it after submitting, it is never displayed automatically, and our team reads every submission by hand. We may decline to use one. If we feature one, we show only an anonymized, edited version we write; your exact words and identity are never shown. How shout-outs are handled is part of the health data consent you give at onboarding, and adding one is always optional. Deleting your account deletes your shout-outs and any featured versions.

One review per practitioner, and it is final. A review, including its shout-out, cannot be edited, resubmitted, or withdrawn, and it joins the aggregate signal immediately. We warn you before you submit. Check your answers carefully, because a mistaken tap cannot be corrected. Deleting your account removes the identifiable link to your reviews; aggregate signal may persist in de-identified form.

Adding a practitioner. You may add an unlisted practitioner. Your review saves immediately; the listing appears only after our approval.

Peer signal. It reflects other members' subjective experiences, may rest on few reviews, and may not match yours.

Feedback. We may use suggestions you send without obligation. External feedback forms are hosted by third parties (such as Google); do not include health or personal detail in them.

5. Practitioner information

Listings come from public sources, mainly NPPES, sometimes enriched by our team. We do not guarantee accuracy, licensure, or availability, and practitioners are generally not users of the Services. To request a correction or removal, contact hello@noorhealth.co.

6. Fees

The Services are free. If we add paid features, we will get your agreement before charging you.

7. Third-party services

We rely on and may link to third-party services (hosting, database, email, external forms). We do not control them, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. Changes

We may change the Services or these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice. We will not begin a new use of your consumer health data that requires opt-in consent without obtaining it. Continued use after an update means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Services.

9. Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTHING ON THE SERVICES IS MEDICAL ADVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Liability and indemnity

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOOR AND ITS PERSONNEL ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES FROM RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES OR ANY PRACTITIONER INFORMATION, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS AND USD $100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights under health privacy laws.

You will indemnify Noor against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using Noor anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, to protect members, or to comply with law. Your data is then handled per our Privacy Policy. Sections 4 (license, as limited), 9, 10, and 12 survive.

12. Disputes and governing law

California law governs. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Los Angeles, California. Nothing here waives protections or private rights of action you have under your own state's health data or privacy laws.

13. General

These Terms and the incorporated documents are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may in a merger or sale, subject to our privacy commitments.
